The title is misleading, this is a 'finger/hand towel' rack, the description also does not mention it is a 'finger/hand towel'. When I was looking for a free standing towel rack, I was careful to rule out anything that had 'finer or hand' towel in its name. I think it is misleading to that we need to read the fine print (dimensions) to determine exactly what it is. I will certainly be more careful in the future.
I rated this based on it not being what I had expected and angry that I must be hassled by returning it. However, at first glance, it doesn't look nice IF you want something on your counters.

This is indeed a hand towel rack, and for that I gave it 5 stars, as it a nice one. It is small, a "finger" size towel or washcloth is more the size, but a hand towel folded in thirds fits nicely. Of course, "someone" never folds it back up to put it on it (wads it up wet) and I have to come in and fix that. It is nicely made, thicker metal then expected that makes it nice. The curves of the design are lovely. Other then the wad making husband in the house, I would say it really nice!
