I found this product very adequate and Amazon's transaction as good as can be expected (A+) "HOWEVER".
I've been having problems with this bar staying on the wall base clip. It appears that there is a little flaw in the casting where the V-groove is not deep enough on one of the bases. I belive that I can grind it out with a dremel but wished to contact Moen for warrenty info 1st.
Here's where the rub comes. I contacted Moen a couple months ago via Email with no response. We finally called them this week only to find out that Amazon.com is not an "authorized" dealer so there is no warrenty. I guess that I'm going to hope that that I can repair the base and not have to purchase another from an authorized dealer - so much for the savings

Easy to install, with a nice clean look. Spacing between rods is perfect for good, thick towels.
