The title is misleading, this is a 'finger/hand towel' rack, the description also does not mention it is a 'finger/hand towel'. When I was looking for a free standing towel rack, I was careful to rule out anything that had 'finer or hand' towel in its name. I think it is misleading to that we need to read the fine print (dimensions) to determine exactly what it is. I will certainly be more careful in the future.
I rated this based on it not being what I had expected and angry that I must be hassled by returning it. However, at first glance, it doesn't look nice IF you want something on your counters.

IT is sturdy and good quality. Was shipped quickly. I misread the description and thought it would be bigger (my fault) so my hand towels are all too long. I will find a use for it some day.
