Fast shipping but otherwise a gross disappointment. I put this towel rack together but the metal is so cheap/thin, it wouldn't hold the screws. Rickety and cheesy, it was an embarrassment even for my humble bathroom. Since the seller won't pay for shipping either way (even for what I consider to be a defective item), the towel rack cost me 75% of its price and left me nothing but a wasted hour assembling/disassembling/returning shoddy merchandise. "Complete satisfaction" is exactly what I don't have. Seller, rethink your shipping policies if you're going to sell junk. You got me good - but you won't have the chance to get me again.

The item was well packed, arrived on time, and is just what I wanted. I like the little bumpers that come with it to keep from scratching the door.
