I was expecting this to be for a hand towel, but it is too small. It is meant for a small guest towel. This fact she be made obvious to the buyer, but it was not.

the product itself looks like it does in the picture.
It is a nice quality (shiny and doesn't look "cheap").
My only complaint is that the rings don't stay well in the "up" position.
I use this in my kitchen for kitchen hand towels and to keep the towels from touching the countertop - the rings need to be and STAY in the up position (not as they are in the picture). The "seal" isnt very tight so it takes some fanagling to get the rings to stay upright (must be leaned against each other). But overall for the nice price (good deal) it's serving the function i wanted. If you only have "fingertip" towels - you can use the rings in the down position.
My favorite thing is that the bottom is covered in plastic. My last towel stand looked just like this (purchased at a Walmart store for probably a few dollars more)... however it had a felt bottom and it got rusty and put rust rings all over my countertop!
