I have had NO problems with this towel holder or the paper holder I purchased. It has held up great! I can't say enough good things about the Sienna line. When I move someday, I want to take it w/ me I am a firm believer in attaching things properly. Had I attached this to the wall myself, it would have been knocked down by now. But I had someone who "knew" what they were doing mount both pieces, NOT using the anchors, etc. the units came with. Heavier duty to be on the safe side :)

This is so neat looking, cant believe it was so reasonably priced! Very sleek and sturdy with easy installation, all you need is a screwdriver! The rest of the tools needed are included. Highly recommended.
